Overview
A viability assessment is a short, focused evaluation of whether a family member or connected person should be progressed to a full Special Guardianship or kinship assessment.
OBK completes viability assessments to a high standard, drawing on the BAAF / CoramBAAF framework. We balance the welfare and timescales of the child with a fair opportunity for connected carers to be considered.
